Coach Mike Lochstampfor has announced the hiring of Ilisha Hall as an
assistant coach beginning in August. Hall is originally from
Saskatchewan, Canada, but has most recently been living and working in
Dallas.
She is a 2006 graduate of Northwest Oklahoma State University where she
earned her B.A. in Sociology. She plans on pursuing her masters degree
in Occupational Therapy at Brenau. She has had coaching stints with the
Austria FC Soccer Club where she served as the technical coach for an
under 14 girls team. She also served an an assistant coach at
Sheldon-Williams High School, her former school in Regina.
Additionally, she has worked as a clinician for boys/girls soccer camps
in and around Regina. As a collegiate player, Hall was a standout as a
defender for both Lee University and Northwest Oklahoma. While at Lee,
she was named to the TranSouth All-Conference and NAIA Region XI teams
in both her freshman and sophomore years. She repeated those same
honors for two seasons in Oklahoma. Hall served as team captain her
final year in college. "We are very excited to have Ilisha join the
Golden Tigers soccer program. She brings with her a solid background as
a former collegiate player in the NAIA. I'm certain her success as a
player will translate into her being an effective assistant coach. Her
references speak very highly of her and I have no doubt she will do an
outstanding job for us." says Coach Lochstampfor.
